What is Class Pass?
A lab fee ($70) attached to THEA-113 and THEA-212 classes, only students enrolled in these classes can purchase the Class Pass is a ticket package at the Box Office or Online.

What are the Benefits of Class Pass?
- When you buy a Class Pass, you are guaranteed a seat for all four shows in the Spring 2025 season show.
- Your assigned performance day will be the same as the rest of your classmates in your section.
- You can exchange your ticket in-person at the Box Office if your assigned performance day conflicts with your schedule. (Regular tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.)
- Exchange is FREE IF you go BEFORE your assigned performance day.
- Exchange fee is $5 IF you go AFTER your assigned performance day.
- Class Pass is $30 cheaper than purchasing four individual tickets ($23 ticket, $2 processing fee = $25 for one ticket, $100 total for entire Spring 2025 season).
*Remember, there are four shows this season and you are required to see all of them for your curriculum.*

You are able to purchase the Class Pass online through your class's personalized URL link provided by your instructor.
If you would like to buy it in-person, our Box Office is open:
- Regular Hours: Tuesday - Thursday, 11am - 4pm; Friday, 12pm-3pm
- From February 3rd - 13th extended hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm
Class Pass is the only way to guarantee tickets to the show. Our shows do sell out, so please know you may not get a ticket without planning efficiently.

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, or Mastercard credit cards. A matching ID is required for any credit card purchase.

Class Pass packages close after 7:30pm on February 13th, 2025.
If you miss the Class Pass deadline, you will need to purchase single tickets for all shows. But remember, our shows sell out - so plan ahead.
*Single Tickets can't be returned or exchanged*
To exchange, you must visit the Box Office in-person. Remember, we can only exchange your ticket if there are still tickets available for the performance day you would like to switch to. Please clear all exchanges with your professor first.

We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. This includes if you drop the class.
At the end of the show, patrons will have a selfie area where they can take a photo with authorization posters - all will be supervised by House Management.
If you already have a Student Permit Pass, you can park in E8 AFTER 5:30pm Mondays - Fridays, any time on Saturday & Sundays.

If you do not want to buy Class Pass, you can buy our Spring 2025 Season. Please remember, the THEA-113/THEA-212 curriculum requires you to see all four shows in our season.

- Each individual ticket is $25 total, ($23 ticket, $2 processing fee), for the entire Spring Season that is $100 total.
- Single tickets are final purchase, they can't be returned or exchanged.
- We do not recommend waiting to buy single tickets, as our shows do sell out. A ticket is not guaranteed for the performance date you may want to attend.
Theater Etiquette
- WE DO NOTE OPERATE LIKE A MOVIE THEATER. YOU ARE A PART OF THE SHOW. YOUR THEATER ETIQUETTE IS A PART OF THE SHOW, EVERYONE IS ABLE TO SEE EVERYONE.
- LATE SEATING IS NOT PERMITTED. Patrons are not guaranteed seats unless they are on time and have a purchased ticket in hand. The show will start without you, no matter the reason you are late! As house managers we are trained to operate as a professional theater, and professional theaters do not allow late seating.
- Walk-up Tickets and Waitlists: Any remaining tickets will be sold at the production's box office, which opens one hour before curtain. Sold-out performances begin waitlists one hour before curtain. You must arrive in person to put your name on a waitlist.
- Food & Drink are not allowed in the theater. Patrons will be asked to finish their consumables before entering the theater.
- Skateboards & Scooters are not allowed in the theater. House Managers can direct you to a place for you us to hold your items during the show.
