THE ASSEMBLYWOMEN
Feb. 26-28 & March 3-6 at 7:30 pm
What happens when democracy gets queered?! In this riotous remix of Aristophanes’ classic satire, the women of Athens slip into their husbands’ clothes, hijack the Assembly, and launch a radical political makeover fueled by communal living, liberated desire, and a gloriously queer reimagining of civic power. THE ASSEMBLYWOMEN turns ancient comedy inside out, blending bawdy humor, gender-bending disguise, and sharp political bite into a celebration of collective liberation. Come for the chaos. Stay for the revolution.

CRABS IN A BUCKET
Ambition gets ugly in a bucket full of crabs as they claw, curse, and scramble for a chance of freedom; only to drag each other down. When a bright-eyed newcomer crashes into their world, hope collides with cynicism and the whole ecosystem cracks wide open. Equal parts feral comedy and heartbreaking truth, Crabs in a Bucket skewers the grind of ambition with clown-infused chaos, blistering wit, and a painfully familiar question: Why do we tear each other down when we could lift each other up?

THE PLIANT GIRLS
Fifty sisters. Fifty weddings. Zero say in the matter. In this explosive contemporary riff on Aeschylus’s The Suppliants, these young women fight, joke, panic, scheme, and refuse to be quietly married off to their cousins. Fierce, funny, and sharply contemporary, The Pliant Girls flips an ancient myth into a bold, feminist rebellion; where sisterhood becomes survival strategy, humor becomes weaponry, and freedom comes at a sprint.
