AlumniTheatre Arts Alumni are entitled to one complimentary ticket per show run and the ticket must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the performance in question.  Fill out the form above.

Ticket Policy

  • All events are General Admission (no assigned seats).
  • The use of cell phones, cameras, or other recording devices is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to resell any unclaimed tickets five minutes prior to curtain.
  • Food or drink is not allowed in the theatre.
  • Use of electronic devices is prohibited during the performance.
  • There is no late seating.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • All transactions carry a $2 fee per ticket.
  • You may exchange your ticket for a different performance of the same show. There is an exchange fee of $5.00 if you wait to exchange your ticket until after your originally scheduled performance has started.
  • In the event of a sold out house, the box office will open a waitlist one hour prior to curtain.

Directions to ƵTheatre Arts

The University, Studio, and Players Theatres are located in the ƵTheatre Arts (TA) complex located at the Southeast corner of campus, on the corner of 7th Street & East Campus Drive. Parking is available in Lot E8 after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Parking is $15 in all university lots and must be purchased from a parking attendant or at a yellow green, or gray parking box. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to park and find a great seat. 

The covers the complex, bus stops, and other parking lots. 

Take the 405 south and exit at Bellflower Blvd. Turn left from the off-ramp and then make an immediate right on Bellflower Blvd. Continue to 7th Street and turn left onto 7th Street. Continue to West Campus Drive and turn left. Take the first right onto South Campus Drive. Turn left into Lot E8. Please see  for information detailing Lot E8’s placement on campus.

Take the 405 north or 22 west. The two freeways merge. Remain on the 22 when the 405 splits off and exit at 7th Street. Continue towards Bellflower Boulevard. Turn right at East Campus Drive and then left onto South Campus Drive. Turn right into Lot E8 Please see  for information detailing lot E8’s placement on campus.

Take the 605 south and exit at Willow Street. Continue to Bellflower Boulevard. Turn left at Bellflower and continue to 7th Street and turn left onto 7th Street. Continue to West Campus Drive and turn left. Take the first right onto South Campus Drive. Turn left into Lot E8 Please see  for information detailing Lot E8’s placement on campus. 

Ƶ Buses that stop by the ƵLibrary: 91, 92, 93, 94, 96, 121, 171 

A Ƶrideshare dropoff/pickup point is located directly in front of the theater accessible through Lot E8. 

The Box Office and entrance to the Studio and Players Theatres are accessible from the front of the Theatre Arts Building facing the fountain. The University Theatre has a separate box office and entrance around the north side of the building. The walkway next to the loading dock is the fastest way to reach the University Theatre’s entrance.

Parking

ƵParking Enforcement will ticket your car if you do not buy the parking.

If the CalRep event you plan to attend is within the next 30 days, visit the , choose the event at "University Theater Arts," and purchase your parking pass.

For all other parking purchases: 

  1. On the day of the performance, visit  and enter in Zone 3975 (and choose CSU Ƶ)
  2. Create an account (recommended for repeat patrons) or continue as a Guest
  3. When creating an account:
    • Add a vehicle (license plate number & state)
    • Add a payment method (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX)
    • Click “Start Parking”
    • You’re all set! Park in and enjoy the show! No further action is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your vehicle's license plate number will be required when paying.

ADDITIONAL NOTE ABOUT LOT E8: It is technically an employee lot, meaning that it is available for those with a parking pass after 5:30p on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and all hours on the weekends. If you do not have a parking pass, you can pay to park in those hours, but parking before 5:30p on a weekday as a guest may lead to you getting a ticket.

 

You may also use a within Lot E8 to pay for parking using a debit or credit card. The pay station kiosks do not accept cash, nor is there a pay station.
