RADIO PLAYS - SORRY, WRONG NUMBER & THE HITCH HIKER:
Rehearsals: August 25th - September 12th
Tech/Dress: September 15th - 17th
Preview Performance: Thursday, September 18th
Performances: September 19th - 20th & September 24th - 26th

SOMETIMES THE RAIN, SOMETIMES THE SEA:
Rehearsals*: August 25th - September 25th (*there will be some Saturday rehearsals)
Tech: September 26th - 27th & September 29th - October 1st
Preview Performances: Wednesday, October 1st & Thursday, October 2nd
Performances: October 3rd - 4th & October 7th - 11th 


CARRIE, THE MUSICAL
Rehearsals*: September 9th - October 16th (*there will be some Saturday rehearsals)
Tech: October 17th - 18th & October 20th - 22nd 
Preview Performance: Thursday, October 23rd 
Performances: October 24th - 26th & October 29th - 31st

STUPID F##KING BIRD
Rehearsals: October 13th - November 13th (Dark 11/11)
Tech: November 14th - 15th & November 17th - 19th
Preview Performances: Wednesday, November 19th & Thursday, November 20th 
Performances: November 21st - 22nd (Dark 11/23 - 11/30) & December 2nd - 7th (Saturday 11/22 at 2pm, 12/6 both 2p & 7:30p, 12/7 at 2p)

Hang & Focus Crew Option

Please look at the shared calendars linked below for the Hang & Focus dates.  This crew works on specific Fridays and Saturdays throughout the semester. No conflicts allowed for any dates.

Costume Laundry Crew Option (select days between 9am - 11am)

Fall 2025 Crew Sign Ups - Will go live/Links active on Wednesday, August 20th at 12:00pm!

Signing up for a production crew is on a first come first serve basis.  To sign up for a crew:

1)  Crew schedules are linked . They will be broken down by type of crew and then color coded by each show.

2)  Consult your schedule to make sure you have ZERO conflicts for the crew you’re interested in.  Crews will not be rotating this season so you will be expected to be there every day listed on the schedule.

3)  Putting your name on the sign-up sheet means you have already checked your conflicts and you’re good to go!

You’ll then be contacted by the production manager to confirm your selection and give you an “approved/not approved” response by the following week.

If approved:

1) Add a crew activity unit to your school schedule (THEA 140/240/340/440). 

2) You'll click a link to fill out the activity unit form to let us know which unit you added to your schedule and which crew you were approved for.

3) A stage manager will then contact you later in the semester to remind you of your 1^st call date to the theatre.

If not approved, you’ll either need to find a different crew that works with your schedule or wait until a later semester to fit it in.

There are other opportunities in the department to earn crew activity units.  Every production (both Mainstage & Threshold) needs assistant designers, assistant stage managers, production assistants, assistant directors, house management & usher support, light hang & focus teams, scenic/lighting/costume shop support, etc.  If these are of interest to you, please reach out to the Production Manager so you can be assigned to one of these slots. AGAIN, it is a first come first serve basis and if you have a ton of conflicts, there is no guarantee that we will have something that works with your schedule.
