CSULB's online Master of Public Administration prepares working professionals for leadership and management in public service, government, and nonprofit organizations. Offered by CSULB's Graduate Center for Public Policy and Administration, the program uses live, synchronous online instruction — giving you a real classroom experience without stepping away from your career.
The curriculum builds the theory, practice, skills, and ethics needed to lead effectively in public and community-based organizations, with a focus on preparing a diverse student population for modern public service.

The Master of Public Administration at °µÍøÊÓÆµis a fully online program for current and aspiring public sector professionals. The curriculum develops leadership, policy analysis, financial management, and organizational skills for careers in government agencies, nonprofits, and public service organizations.
MPA coursework covers public administration theory, government budgeting and finance, human resources management, policy analysis, program evaluation, and leadership in the public sector. Students may also pursue concentrations in areas such as nonprofit management or urban policy.
