Accommodations & Retention Counselors (ARC) provides disability management counseling, intake, and ongoing support for °µÍøÊÓƵstudents with qualifying disabilities. ARCs review disability documentation, determine reasonable academic accommodations, and work collaboratively with students and faculty to support the effective implementation of those accommodations.

In addition to accommodation planning, ARC offers guidance that promotes access, retention, and student success by helping students navigate campus resources, build self-advocacy skills, and engage meaningfully in their academic experience. ARC also facilitates outreach initiatives to strengthen community connection, increase awareness of accessibility services, and promote an inclusive campus environment that supports persistence and graduation.
