TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally-funded program designed to assist students who are low-income, or first-generation to college, and who demonstrate academic needs, and the motivation to achieve their maximum potential in higher education. You are considered a First-Generation college student if your Mother AND Father did not complete a 4-year college degree.

If you don’t know your exact taxable income, writing down an estimated taxable income will suffice.

All °µÍøÊÓÆµmajors are accepted.

We will email your °µÍøÊÓÆµstudent email 7-10 business days (excluding recognized holidays) after you submit your application.

No, TRIO SSS does not give out scholarships. But with the help of our Coaches, we are able to help students find and apply for scholarships.

No, you are not required to sign the photo release agreement. It is your responsibility to avoid the camera at any TRIO SSS function where a camera is present. All images, video, and audio taken from the function will be owned by TRIO SSS and may be used in connection with advertising and promoting any TRIO program.

No, International students are not eligible for TRIO Student Support Services. 

No, once you are admitted to the program you will be a TRIO SSS student until you graduate with your first bachelor's degree.

No, if you are part of EOP, you are not eligible for TRIO SSS

No, you do not have to be a full-time student to be eligible for TRIO SSS.

Our office/computer lab is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Advising hours are available from Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (these hours are subject to change without notice).

Advising appointments are available via Zoom, in-person, over-the-phone.
