All classes accommodate beginning, intermediate, and advanced participants.
Circuit Fusion: This invigorating class is designed to boost your energy and enhance your afternoon with a mix of body weight and dumbbell exercises. Improve your muscular endurance, strength, mobility, and flexibility while having a blast and elevating your lunchtime.
Retro Step: A low-impact workout class inspired by Jane Fonda’s classic routines. It combines fun aerobic movement, gentle strength training, balance work, and stretching to improve overall fitness, energy, and confidence. All fitness levels are welcome.
SlowCore: A group exercise class designed to safely build core strength through slow, intentional, and controlled movements. With a focus on proper form, stability, and posture, this class engages the abs, back, and hips through a variety of beginner-friendly exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels, SlowCore helps you develop strength, balance, and a supportive core you can rely on for both daily life and exercise.
Strength & Conditioning: This class is designed to increase physical strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility through bodyweight, weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.
StretchED: In this class, you’ll move through a full body stretch sequence, starting from the lower body and progressing to the upper body. Each stretch is designed to target tight muscles, release built-up tension, and improve range of motion, all while teaching your body to unwind and fully relax. All fitness levels are welcome!
