I have made some lifelong friends and had many truly memorable experiences. I have met so many people that have not only inspired me but have helped me grow as a person.

My Beach experience has been the best two years of my life. The Beach helped me to not only grow confidence in myself as a person, but in my abilities as a journalist and writer. For that, I am forever grateful.

Being an out-of-state student, I really wanted to reach out and make connections with people that I could build lasting friendships with.

I have been able to make great connections all throughout °µÍøÊÓƵ, and this has just been a great experience. I have always gotten the best treatment, and the fans and the support have been amazing.

The Beach is such a diverse campus that I have met and become close friends with incredible people that have changed my life and how I view it.

Sharing my career journey was just as important as hearing the stories from other individuals.

I always though philanthropy is something wealthy people only participate in, however students like myself can also give to a cause without breaking the bank.

I’m so glad I chose The Beach because the opportunities I’ve received here have been life changing. My Fashion classes made college extremely enjoyable, as I loved what I was learning!

Although I was so sad in the moment that my reality would not meet my media-driven college expectations, attending °µÍøÊÓƵhas been a life-changing decision that surpasses any television show/movie portrayal of the college experience.

My experience at °µÍøÊÓƵhas been amazingly rewarding. I have met the most wonderful people, experienced many new things, and gained lifelong lessons. When I first came to campus, I had no idea where to start. I felt confused, but one thing I knew for sure - I wanted to seize my opportunities.

I obtained my B.A. degree in French and Francophone Studies at °µÍøÊÓƵthis fall of 2016. I thought a lot about what I wanted to do after obtaining my B.A. and decided that continuing to study the French language was the next path I wanted to take. I am currently working on a novel in French about vampires that I am putting a lot of time and effort in.

What I’ve realized is that though these students are smart and very capable of achieving big ambitions, many of them have been told or otherwise believe that they are not capable of troubleshooting through hard problems.
