George Fleming
George Fleming is a freelance illustrator and animator residing in 做厙弝け, California. As a lecturer, George has taught various classes in hand-drawn animation and character design.
George directed and animated two traditionally animated short films, "Big Manly Chess (2013)", and "Siren (2015). Both films won the "Best Animation awards in the years they premiered, with "Big Manly Chess" being one of ten films to be featured at UCLAs Directors Spotlight Festival. George's professional interests include independent filmmaking, character/creature design, concept art, and traditional animation.

- Animator & cleanup artist on "Nothing to Say (2019)", an animated short directed by Aubry Mintz. Also instructed/assisted the crew on how to digitally clean up and color traditionally animated characters in Toon Boom Harmony.
- Directed the traditionally animated short, "Siren (2015)". Winner of Best Animation at UCLAs 2015 Animation Festival. Was featured at various film festivals, including The Phillip K. Dick Film Festival (2018), Los Angeles Short Film Festival (2017) & First Con-Tact (2017).
- Directed the traditionally animated short, "Big Manly Chess (2013)". Winner of Best Animation at UCLAs 2013 Animation Festival. Was one of the ten films to be featured at UCLAs Directors Spotlight Festival, chosen through several rounds of judging by a Blue Ribbon Jury of industry professionals and Film & Television students.
