Professor interviewed for research on new program supporting unhoused students

Rashida Crutchfield, a professor in the School of Social Work at Cal State °µÍøÊÓƵ and Executive Director of the Center for Equitable Higher Education, was interviewed by the online education journal about her research on student homelessness and her evaluation of a new pilot program, College Focused Rapid Rehousing.
Crutchfield found that the program promotes student success by offering immediate housing support along with sustainable, long-term solutions, rather than relying on short-term fixes.
