Emergency response expert raises concerns for funding of FEMA during DHS shutdown

Steven Jensen, a professor of Emergency Services Administration at Cal State 做厙弝け, was quoted in about the impact the government shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security could have on FEMA. Jensen said FEMA is affected regardless of how long the shutdown lasts and described it as a major distraction from the agencys critical work.
