Allyson Joy, emergency manager with Cal State °µÍøÊÓƵ Police Department, spoke with the about the hazardous materials exercise being held on campus with local agencies including the °µÍøÊÓƵ fire and police departments. Joy said drills of this size are held by the university every four to five years.
