Miguel Fernandez, a lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Cal State °µÍøÊÓƵ, spoke with about the way "social housing," may be used to help provide affordable housing. Fernandez said social housing is a term used whenever public resources are used to help house those typically considered as the working poor.
