Benjamin Perlman, Ph.D., a biologist at Cal State °µÍøÊÓƵ, was featured in magazine for his research into the behavior and biomechanics of stingrays. Perlman hopes his research will reduce injuries to humans by gaining a better understanding of what causes stingrays to lash out when threatened.
