Art student captures essence of veteran in portrait honoring military service

Cal State °µÍøÊÓƵ art student Carina Tan was part of a story aired on and in °µÍøÊÓƵNews for her portrait of a military veteran. The portrait was selected to hang in the VA Medical Center next to °µÍøÊÓƵfor the next six months.
