Political Science Assistant Professor Says Ban of Residential Picketing Could Have “Chilling Effect” on Protesting

Matt Lesenyie, assistant professor of political science at Cal State Ƶ spoke with the about why the Ƶ City Council rejected an ordinance banning targeted picketing outside the homes of politicians. Professor Lesenyie said such a ban would have a "chilling effect" on protests which is a central part of free speech.
