Ayla Donlin

Ayla Donlin, Ed.D., is a lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at California State University, °µÍøÊÓÆµ. 

Donlin’s current research focuses on fitness interventions among various populations. She also explores the relationship between vocational identity (how strengths, interests, and talents align with career exploration) and well-being among health and human service undergraduate students. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a fitness nutrition specialist and a health coach. She is also certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Donlin holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, °µÍøÊÓÆµ.
