Cindy Gotz, DHSc, MPH
Cindy Gotz is currently the Director of Business Operations with MemorialCare’s Todd Cancer Institute. She is responsible for the front-end revenue cycle encompassing Registration, Scheduling, and Financial Navigation for the adult oncology program. A certified MemorialCare Lean Leader, she is passionate about providing a high-quality experience for all patients.
In addition to her hospital duties, Dr. Gotz is an adjunct faculty in Health Care Administration at California State University, °µÍøÊÓƵ, teaching the undergraduate and graduate internship/field placement courses, focused on professionalism and workplace readiness, and the project course for the Accelerated Master of Science in Health Care Administration, guiding students in the creation of a business plan as their culminating deliverable, demonstrating mastery of program competencies.
Dr. Gotz completed her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies at CSU Dominguez Hills and she holds a master’s degree in Public Health and graduate certificate in Health Care Administration from CSULB. In December 2014, she completed her doctorate in health science with a concentration in organizational leadership at A.T. Still University.

Her research interests focus on the quality of life, survivorship care, psychosocial support, and education for cancer patients and survivors.
