Shikha Safaya Assistant Professor of Information Systems at COB CSULB

Welcome Shikha Safaya, Assistant Professor of Information Systems at °µÍøÊÓƵCollege of Business. Shikha's research focuses on enhancing service quality and social welfare in Non-Profit Organizations using methods such as game theory, analytical modeling, and data analytics. Broadly, her research interests center on addressing real-world problems with social impact in collaboration with field partners. Her teaching interests are business statistics and analytics.

Shikha received her Ph.D. in Operations Management and M.S. in Management from Georgia Tech. She also holds a Master's in Operations Research and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Delhi, India.
