Major: Criminal Justice

Hi everyone! My name is Naobi Orozco, and I am a third-year transfer student going into my fourth and final year at CSULB. I also have the privilege of being one of the student ambassadors for the College of Health and Human Services. From this position, I hope to gain experience and form connections with others to become a person in whom all other individuals and students feel welcomed, safe, and assisted, just as I did when I first arrived here. I am a Criminal Justice major because I would like to pursue a career in law enforcement after graduating. From there, I hope to become a homicide detective for the LAPD. In my free time, I like to explore and try new restaurants and coffee shops, along with watching soccer games, movies, and TV shows.

Major: Health Science

Hello, my name is Sabrina Momoh, and I am one of the student ambassadors for the Department of College Health and Human Services. I am very excited to be a part of an amazing team and look forward to creating and learning so much during my time. I am originally a transfer student from the Bay Area and am in my third year as a junior, majoring in health science with an option in community health education. As a health science major, I hope to gain experience in the healthcare field while utilizing what I've been taught about healthcare advocacy and policy. After graduating, I want to go to a physician assistant program with the hopes of becoming a PA in either women's health or pain management. In my free time, I love to play the electric guitar and crochet. I'm all about finding hobbies and trying new things, and I love to try food spots with my friends. I also like to think of myself as a boba enthusiast!

Major: Food Science

Hello! My name is Sofia Moya, and I am a third-year Food Science major. I was born and raised in Costa Rica, and I chose to come to °µÍøÊÓƵto complete my bachelor’s degree. I am also one of the student ambassadors for the College of Health and Human Services.  One of the things I really love about food science is that even though you are working with food products or involved in production, at the heart of it all, you are helping people. You are providing a service to someone who expects a delicious, safe, and high-quality product, and I think that is incredibly meaningful. I also love how broad food science is, it includes so many different areas to explore. Some of my favorites so far are product development, sensory evaluations, food safety, and food preparation. Outside of academics, I enjoy going to the beach and the gym, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with friends. I am really excited to be part of this project, and as a CHHS Ambassador, I hope to help students recognize all the strengths of our college and everything our campus has to offer.
