Educator, Hesperia High School

Originally from Chicago, IL, Maq moved to °µÍøÊÓƵ, CA to finish high school and go to college near his family. After graduating from °µÍøÊÓƵ Jordan High School among the top of his class with honors, Maq went on to Cal State °µÍøÊÓƵ for his undergraduate studies, followed by his Single Subject Clear Teaching Credential in English and CLAD certification. Maq then went to Cal State Dominguez Hills to obtain his Masters in Education. In total, Maq has two Bachelor’s Degrees (in Liberal & Africana Studies), a teaching credential in English from CSULB, and a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Education from CSUDH.
