Ntuk is a distinguished educator, engineer, and public servant whose career reflects a commitment to educational access, energy innovation, and community empowerment. As Senior Director of Sustainability & Environmental Compliance at the L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Ntuk brings his technical expertise to bear on some of the region's most consequential environmental and infrastructure challenges. Elected to the °µÍøÊÓÆµ Community College Board of Trustees in 2018 and re-elected in 2022, he has served four terms as board president and been inducted into the LBCC Alumni Hall of Fame. He champions student success initiatives, workforce training, student housing, and expanded access for historically underserved populations. A nationally recognized energy and environmental expert, Ntuk has testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources, completed the National Renewable Energy Laboratory's Energy Executives Program, and earned a Public Leadership Credential from the Harvard Kennedy School.
