Peterson is an engineering leader and committed community advocate whose career reflects technical excellence, mentorship, and civic engagement. As a Director at P2S, a nationally recognized engineering firm headquartered in °µÍøÊÓƵ, he has led complex electrical infrastructure projects that support universities, local ports, and civic institutions across the region. Through his work, Peterson has helped deliver resilient and sustainable systems that strengthen the communities they serve.

Beyond his project work, Peterson is known for building high-performing teams, guiding the next generation of engineers, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within his firm. A fourth-generation °µÍøÊÓƵ resident and third-generation graduate of California State University, °µÍøÊÓƵ (CSULB), he remains deeply connected to the community that shaped him. He contributes his time to organizations including Leadership °µÍøÊÓƵ, the YMCA of Greater °µÍøÊÓƵ, °µÍøÊÓƵ Memorial & Miller Children's Hospital, and the American Council of Engineering Companies, supporting initiatives that strengthen the region.
