She has overseen high‑impact initiatives as Director of the Student Center for Professional Development (SCPD) and College of Business Internships Office, while also serving as a Lecturer who champions experiential learning and equitable access. She has strengthened partnerships, modernized mentoring and internship systems, and has launched inclusive programming preparing thousands of students for career readiness. Her influence extends through campuswide advisory and committee roles, including the Associated Business Students Organization Council (ABSOC), Sigma Kappa, and the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership (UCEL), supported by a strong foundation in operations and strategic program development. With a master’s degree in higher education and leadership coaching training from Harvard, she is recognized for her enduring commitment to empowering the next generation of business leaders.
