Rogers leads public policy for Amazon Web Services across California, where she works with policymakers and community leaders to support responsible technology policy and digital infrastructure growth. Prior to joining Amazon, she spent many years with Boeing in °µÍøÊÓƵ, focusing on legislative and regulatory engagement. Her work has centered on collaboration between business, government and community partners. Rogers has remained engaged in the °µÍøÊÓƵ community throughout her career. She has served on the board of directors for the °µÍøÊÓƵ Area Chamber of Commerce, including as chair of the board and chair of the Government Affairs Committee, supporting local business and regional priorities. She also serves on the board of directors for the Orange County Business Council. Rogers continues to call °µÍøÊÓƵ home and contributes her time and leadership to the region.
