Rose is a dedicated higher education leader whose 26-year career reflects an unwavering commitment to student success, equity and inclusive excellence. As interim director of the Student Success and Advising Center at Cal State °µÍøÊÓÆµ, she leads a professional team delivering comprehensive access and retention support for the College of Education students, grounded in a holistic, culturally responsive approach that centers student strengths and drives academic outcomes. Her leadership extends into data-driven innovation as Co-Director of the Data Fellows Program, where she manages multidisciplinary teams developing projects with meaningful impact on student success. A part-time lecturer at The Beach as well, Rose brings her expertise directly into the classroom through courses focused on career exploration and leadership. Her contributions have earned her both the CED Dean's Outstanding Teamwork Award and the Staff Community Service Award and °µÍøÊÓÆµEmployee of the Month,, recognition that speaks to her deep investment in the Cal State °µÍøÊÓÆµ community and her commitment to building a more inclusive and supportive university for all.
