Day is an accomplished investment leader whose career spans some of the most prestigious and innovative institutions in global finance. He began his career at Bridgewater Associates, one of the world's largest hedge funds, where he spent over five years as an Investment Associate in Equity Research, contributing to the management of the firm's $90 billion alpha fund and delivering insights to a client base of sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and pensions. Day then joined Tribe Capital as a Partner, helping grow the venture firm from approximately $150 million to over $1 billion in assets under management, developing its research analytics infrastructure and managing an internal liquid crypto fund that achieved a live Sharpe ratio of 2.0. Today, Day serves as partner at EQUIAM, a venture capital and growth equity fund, where he helps manage all funds and oversees research and development.
