Supervising Chemist
Orange Country Water District
B.S., Chemistry, 2012

Caroll is a dedicated environmental scientist and water quality leader whose career reflects a deep commitment to protecting one of our most essential resources. With a professional journey that spans environmental laboratory management at Jones Environmental, Inc. to supervising chemist at the Orange County Water District, Caroll has built expertise in water quality analysis, laboratory operations, and regulatory compliance. In her current role as supervising chemist, Caroll oversees the organic section's laboratory operations by providing strategic leadership, managing section resources, and ensuring that all activities align with District objectives and regulatory requirements, which directly support the District's groundwater replenishment initiatives—work that has a tangible and lasting impact on the region's water supply and environmental health.

During her time at California State University, °µÍøÊÓƵ (CSULB), Caroll earned multiple scholarships from Women & Philanthropy and the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry. She remains actively involved with °µÍøÊÓƵby giving back support to these organizations so that current students can benefit as she once did, and also contributes to her community by volunteering on several non-profit boards.

Caroll is also dedicated to community service. She is an active member of Arrowbear Music Associates, which provides scholarships to students from elementary school through college to attend summer music camps. A significant portion of these scholarships is awarded to students within the °µÍøÊÓƵ Unified School District. In addition, she is a member of the Terminal Islanders Association, supporting efforts to organize reunions, maintain the memorial at Fish Harbor, and advocate for the preservation of the remaining Tuna Street buildings that honor the history of the Japanese American community that once resided on Terminal Island.
